By using CoachOn you agree to use it only for lawful purposes, not to upload footage of others without their consent, and to understand that the form feedback is educational — not medical or professional coaching advice. Paid reports are processed securely via Stripe and are subject to our refund policy stated at checkout.

• Who can use it: anyone 13 or older; parental consent required under 18.
• Your content: you retain ownership of your uploads; grant us rights to process them for the service.
• Accounts: keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account.
• Acceptable use: no scraping, reverse-engineering, or circumventing usage limits.
• Liability: analysis is approximate — we disclaim liability for training or treatment decisions made solely on CoachOn output.
• Changes: we'll notify users of material changes; continued use constitutes acceptance.

We collect only what we need to provide the service. We do not sell your personal data. Video frames analysed in the live preview are processed on-device and not sent to our servers.

• Account data: email and display name stored via Supabase Auth (encrypted at rest).
• Report data: pose scores, metrics, and structured analysis results — stored so you can access history.
• Video: live-preview frames are processed locally; uploads for paid reports are processed then discarded from our servers (not stored for replay in the current version).
• Payments: handled by Stripe under their privacy policy; we store only the purchase state needed to unlock reports.
• Analytics: optional Google Analytics — only activated if you allow it in cookie preferences. You can change this at any time.
• Retention: data is kept while your account is active or as required by law. You may request deletion.
• Third-party sharing: we share data only with service providers needed to operate CoachOn (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel) and never with advertisers.
